RULES!!
1. A contributor must acknowledge their turn with a comment on the last submission after which they have 3 days to submit their turn.
2. Scene changes may only occur in panel one of each page. A contributor may take this opportunity to start a new chapter. A new chapter may start no less than 4 pages after the last chapter.
3. A contributor cannot follow directly after their last turn and can only Huzzah once per page.
4. If after 24 hrs no contributor has acknowledged their turn then rule 3 is suspended for that round and any contributor may claim the next plate.
5. "HUZZAH!! VENGEANCE OF VOLDAR" draws to a conclusion on December 22nd 2010

Great stuff. Top and bottom panels are lovely. The undersea army of jellyfish and hammerhead type things is most intriguing. I guess Kapistika and Tuloom were beaten to it, looks like someone else is already down there.
No idea who these guys are which is what makes HUZZAH fun to be part of, it just seems to take on a life of its own.
That third panel makes me think of a police road block - "step out of the Ambulas and put your hands on your head".

The Armada is a tip toward the Grand War theme though who or what they are is in the hands of The Contributors I suppose.

Immensely nerve-racking, stepping in for the first time (this episode/year) but my hands took over and I'd HUZZAH!!ed before I knew what was happening!
